Hello sam7777, thank you for your reply.

I tried stopthethyroidmaddness.com however there doesn't appear to be any information on there - just links to other sites. However I have had several tests for thyroid-related illness and the results have pretty much ruled them out.

I have also had tests for a number of the hormones you listed, but do not believe there was anything out of the ordinary - nothing that the doctor picked up on, at least.
