Nothing compares to the near immediate and relatively long lasting effects of an injection (B12). As for the C -- you want it the natural route. You want orally, you want in your stomach/gut. Lots of it. B is more difficult to maintain (store). Foods (every day) or injection (one a week) for a jump start.
