An update for the record.

I did the Schulze's cleanse this time.

I had very little reaction at all to the cleanse, which tells me my kidneys are in good shape. As others have said, and now is true to my own experience with herbal cleansing, a reaction means the herbs are doing something.

Now - on the liver! My liver is very backed up. Wanted to get my kidneys in good shape before moving on to the liver.

I have been running, pilates, and good healthy Diet of raw fruits and veggies for three weeks and have been very slow to none on weight loss. My abdomen is swollen. I am 31.

Liver cleansing, here I come! :D
