Well, GABA supplements exist though... if you mean that the kava may somehow blunt the GABA receptors, maybe taking a break after several days of kava would reinitiate that. I've never been at all tempted by alcohol, (tastes bad to me, even wine), so maybe I wouldn't be as fragile in that area as some people.

As for the "EFT" posting, as it turns out, emotional freedom technique isn't the answer for me.

Anyway, I'll do a careful experiment with the kava and will post again in the future.
