I was under the impression that FOS/inulin was not good, for it not only fed the good guys, but also the bad guys since it is a food source for BOTH and thus cannot discriminate between the two. Also, we eat enough natural forms of carbs to feed the flora, thus FOS/inulin is not needed. What is the consensus on this?

That being said, which probiotic would u recommend for me?

(I like that they are vcaps and not tabs, for I dont digest tabs).
How do I take chlorella? Should I take this during the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement treatment or after?
