I have been struggling with this condition for like 8 years already. I have tried most of the available drugs (including roaccutane) and also herbal remedies. I'm still on gluten-free and dairy free diet - but they are not really helping me (at least not on the skin). Antibiotics works only while I'm on them after I stop everything returns with the double power. I had a bacterial culture tests (from the lessions) and nothing unexpected was found there - besides normal skin flora. Nothing - COMPLETELY NOTHING - in topical form helps me. The skin lessions are only limited to the chin/around mouth area. I have tried using natural toothpaste but it haven't helped me either. Funny thing though next time after ejaculation the number of skin pustules doubles. Right now I was going to try protopic (but this cancer thing freaks me out, plus they say you shouldn't use it on pustules). Any ideas how to cure this ugly thing - it is killing me :(
