Hi,
Thank you all for your suggestions,experiences.early morning her blood pressure will be,120/80,or 115/82.something like that.she don't have any tensions.but she watches suspense serials(indian serials).i told her,not to watch them.but she won't believe that it increases b.p.she even says after watching them only i will be happy.

Last week i told you about my fasting,about stress everything.
i'm drinking juices from last 1wk.i'm feeling little hunger. today after noon i ate 1 pear(organic,very ripe).
when can i start eating dry fruits(dates,organic figs etc).
is it okay to take organic leafy,celery soups tomarrow.after that can i eat sprouts?please give me clear info about it.i don't have any knowledge about this.i keep getting so many doubts.
