Hi Guys,

One more victim of exfoliate chelitis, thats me..
I have read lots of articles about it. I have this EC for the past 5 years. But it stayed only for a month and used to go off. But this time, its been 7 months still i am unable to get rid of this problem. The only thing i can say is BE POSITIVE. There has been a recent study on EC:

So heads up guys. I am not sure whether this will treat us but there is some research going on EC.

I stopped using all lip cares. I had used vaseline, nuetrogena(hard on my lips), blistex relief cream, blistex extensive moisturiser, tea tree oil(very heavy), dr organic manuka honey(hard on my lips), tea tree lip balm(hard on my lips), figs and rogue(best one)

Currently im using only olive oil and vitamin oil nothing else.

I am going on a 50% raw food diet from monday.

Morning sprouted beans
Afternoon rice and beans curry/ may be chicken/meat some days with rice
Evening friuts and veg raw


I will update my status every guys. Guys i strongly suggest not use soap on lips. Its very illogical. I know we are bit dipressed with this f***ing EC.


I am going to attack this EC and cheat my body in such a way to get rid of this problem. Please join me and we together can get rid of this Exfoliate chelitis problem.
