Hi

I have severe leaky gut and cannot tolerate many foods inc starchy and some non starchy vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, rice and many others. I am spending a lot of time trying to find all the culprits.

I removed everything and just ate high saturated fat chicken, beef and lamb. It feels as though the fat amd protein is healing the intestine everyday despite moving every other food except water. Can I continue on such a diet and will it recover the gut fully? I can add other foods in after recovery or do you think it will not recover fully without other foods in the meantime?
