First of all, stop using the tonic that's causing your gums to recede. The only thing I know that actually can help regrow gums is COQ10. Regular oil pulling and COQ10 is the best thing you do for your gums that I'm aware of.

And finally, go outside, hang out with friends, see a concert, do naughty things with your sig other, take to the streets and protest the rising tide of fascism in America. Anything to take your mind off your 2mm gum recision.
