Any slightly stress conversation with someone and I'm immediately sweating. I think this is common with those who have fried adrenals, as it turns out.

When I've had job interviews, I've taken a slew of calming herbs, including fairly high dose Kava, to keep my nervous reaction to the conversation at a minimum. That does prevent about half of the nervous reactions, but not all. I can't chug all those herbs all day long "just in case" I run into someone who may be a bit stressfull to talk to.

On the other hand, maybe that's the ticket, zoning out on Kava all day! (just kidding)
