Since I'm sure you have little or no applicable background or understanding of cell biology - I'll attempt to explain a little to you.
Miniscule fragments of HPV rDNA, as may have been found in a vaccine and/or in a patient's blood or tissue, constitute a ZERO threat to any human being. A recombinant DNA fragment would have to do the impossible to replicate and cause any problem:
- Find its way in large quantities into a human cell
- Express the FULL protein that it codes for from just a fragment
- Have the FULL DNA sequence actually be present
- Have FULL, COMPLETE & INTACT promoter and regulator regions present in the DNA sequence
Additionally, the controversial and thus far un-replicated findings of Dr. Lee used a PCR amplification methodology known as “Nested PCR” that has 4 times the replication cycles as compared to standard PCR. This process amplifies the very minutest of DNA or rDNA fragments – not detectable by any standard method – up to a level where it can be detected. So by this process, the very TINIEST amount of HPV DNA was supposedly detected and I should add, so far not replicated by any other independent researcher or lab. The methodology, while incredibly sensitive, is also quite prone to amplifying contamination.
So – The ACTUAL amount of HPV rDNA that was likely present in the blood or vaccine essentially approaches ZERO. Is this really a problem?
