Something to consider before surgery to remove the gallbladder is that the duodenum and a side of the transverse colon are in the same area than the gallbladder.

What you consider as "gallbladder attacks" may also be one or several parasitic worms.

If these worms hook on the walls of the digestive tube or if they are big Ascaris worms with a sharp head, then you can feel these pricks sensations.
