I too am fasting. On day 18 of water only, with 3 days Master-Cleanse before that to get started. I too cook for my family. I have found that they love my cooking. I cook by smell using mostly fresh herbs. I tell them they have to salt and pepper it for that is the only spices i can't smell. But they just love my cooking when i am fasting.

I think it is our heightened sense of smell that makes it so good!
