It does state to take 4 and if you have problems sleeping anyway to take 8.
I am in the same boat as you. I would like to hear just how the Ornithine helps.
I have sleeping issues and am a little nervous about my first flush, which I am doing today! I am going to read through some posts to see what I can find out. So far I have read that no one really uses it. This confuses me some. While I do not think this actually aids in the flush, it has to be part of the regimen for a reason. Ie., help with sleep, stay comfortable, etc....I don't know. If I find out anything worth sharing I'll let you know!
