ok.glad that your skin thang does not look like that although I DID say that perhaps all gluten reactions do not manifest as full on DH. just sayin', bread man. Exclude the gluten and see what happens:) c'mon, c'mon, c'mon. I'm on a mission, I need compadres:)

He has not written a part 3 yet so I don't know the end result of that experience. He was abrading the scar tissue, not sure whether you are willing(or whether it would be wise) to open up the old scars. Scars add character, and you got yours in an adventurous way as well. I am sure that they add to your mystique! Very cool though that you are seeing results, that sounds promising and do keep us posted!

No, I have not(yet) experimented with MSM although I have some waiting to be played with! How much Iodine to add? I dunno. 1.25G goes into each jar of my high-io.

Iodine works on any skin abnormality. Dr. David Derry(one of my heroes) believes that any skin abnormality is reflective of an area of relative Iodine deficiency. 20% of the bodies store of Iodine is in the skin. Scars are NOT abnormal(with the exception of keloids).

I KNOW that you are a very clean dude. You are famous! You are legendary on CZ and I am humbled to be "talking" to you! SERIOUS. We DO try to stress being "cleansed" here and it's true that I have seen the worst detox reactions in people that are NOT cleansed.

I do write posts though remembering that many may read them. Detox is cyclical and constant reminders of that are not a bad thang.
