Jackie on badbugs tells me that if you deny Blasto carbs completely, they will turn into cysts, which are more difficult to treat.

But I do not what means in terms controlling symptoms; because less or no barb diet helps a lot; I am on a paleo diet now; and it makes me much less tired.
