MMS kills everything in its path, and can do some serious damage. I've been trying to recover for 8 months now after having my candida/adrenal issues seriously worsened from Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . To the point where I thought I was going to die. Just a friendly warning here.

There is no easy solution or magic cure for candida. You simply have to clean up toxins and metals from your body and give your body proper nutrition. That usually means eating whole low carb and low glycemic foods.

If you're going low carb you'll need to increase natural fats though. Otherwise you won't feel full. Natural fats meaning butter, coconut oil, egg yolks, olive oil, and yes animal fats.

That's what's helped me the most anyways, diet and patients is key. Probiotics haven't really done a thing for me, so I can't say which brand to pick, sorry.
