I have been taking a vit B complex, 5,000 iu vit D (used to be 50,000 iu!), iron & calcium. I will definitely have to look into the kidney tonic. Sounds like it covers a bunch of my symptoms, including frequent urination (seriously, I felt like I was pregnant because I was going so often). Thanks for the tips!
