Yay - well done!

I did have the crash about 2 weeks after removal, it is 2 1/2 nearly 3 months post removal now and I'm starting to feel like me again. I do have anxiety issues when I wake up in the morning, but am feeling better each day - fingers crossed.

Still have a dry mouth most days, but attribute this to hormonal inbalance and slight anxiety.

Have been taking the following tablets:

Evening primrose oil
Vitex
Vit B complex
Magnesium
Zinc
Calcium with Vit D
Kidney tonic (helps with anxiety, depression, frequent urination, loss of libido, hormone inblance)

Also, am drinking Aloe Vera juice for all round goodness.
