how incouraging! today, after two hype after-flush days, I just felt desperate for no reason, and I thought often of your post. I feel very strong the emotional swings induced by the cleanses. There must have been some toxins around left by the flush, so afterwards, I had a colema and felt super again.
Can you say more? How long did you take to have 20 flushes? At what point of the 20 flushes did you feel a major shift? what other cleanses and lifestyle changes did you take?
am I too nosy? hope you don't mind my questions
