Hi,
Josh it sounds like you're going through tough time.
This can hit at any age. If you think you have AF, then you'll be a path to getting healthy. It's not an overnight thing. Some paths are much longer than others. Some tho aren't that bad. You can feel a lot better quickly if you do some elemental things. (You won't be perfect for sure, but you will be better than now.)
But to walk it you need to become a scientist and figure things out. That can be particularly tough when you're anxious AND tired. But that's why we're here.
Getting some initial tests done can help you. Figure out if you have immune issues with any foods. Perhaps you're even celiac. There are other tests that any decent naturopath can hook you up with. Meanwhile try to eat lots of non-starchy veggies, and protein 4 times a day. Have healthy snacks in between. Have fish oils.
Maybe naturpoath will suggest some calming supplements like Epsom Salt baths, b vitamins, protien shakes in the am, and even st johns wort, licorice or the like.
Also, get out for walks during the day. Long ones away from busy city noise. Yoga if you can afford the energy. Meditation if you can't.
It's not a magic pill, I'm sorry those generally don't exist, but you do this an in a few weeks you'll be feeling maybe 50% better. And from there you can figure out what the underlying issues are that are causing you to have this.
This has helped all of us but it can't do a darn thing until you start it.
