Those flushes are good, at least the Lahey Clinic used them with great success back in the 40's and prior to that, I believe.

For me, its painful and inconvenient, and I sense it puts a lot of stress on the body, maybe the heart ? So for me, I woudn't do like folks on curezone write about, doing fifty of these "liver flushes", I mean, it is a lot of unsaturated oil, even olive has high oleic content, and I'm doubtful bile can be made quickly enough to saponify all that, esp with the grapefruit juice, something about cytochome p-450 inhibition....

But, as we've seen, these Liver Flushes can be beneficial and have been to many people, so I'd never argue against them, just, that for me personally, I wouldn't go hog wild on them. Unless maybe I felt I had nothing to lose.

I saw lots of the same things other folks saw, but i never got into the nitty gritty of it, lol :))
