Thank you guys for the reply's! I have decided to do a UT fast. I will start with 5 days and see how long I can go to help heal my body, and plan on cutting out smoking during this time. Maybe cutting the smoking out will help ease the being tired feeling, But I have a feeling my body is filled with toxins and that is what is causing my eczema, along with LGS. So we will see how it goes!
