I'm having a very hard time with my lupus. I get brain fog so badly I cannot work my normal hours, and I am getting in deeper and deeper financially. I'm desperate enough to try anything. I can't take steroids because of a parasitic infection, so I have to stick to herbals. Has anyone heard of black seed helping the brain fog or lupus in general?
