9 months later this is still a problem, i clean them, they fill back up. Been on b complex, and higher doses of benfotamine, b2, niacin and niacinamide for a week now. Coconut oil helps clean them but it still comes back. I can feel tickling in my ear, like something moving every once in a while, sometimes in my cheeks and scalp as well....
