Hi Aaliyah, I'll b ur mc buddy. v can encourage eachother. I'm on day 9 but since I did the unthinkable and ate something I'm counting it as day 2 today. Starting over.

Its a really simple fast once you have the basic rules etched in stone, under your belt. I LOVE this fast. It will make you feel like a new person or it did for me atleast. Once you start you will be so pumped about all the positive effects it has on your brain and thinking that everything else will become secondary like loosing weight for instance.
