Thanks, Luella. I have Diosmin on order to take along with the topical Horse Chestnut creme. Also, I'm a huge fan of good food and supplements...meaning no crap. We eat very little beef, but it's grass fed and only local free range chicken. We have an extremely healthy diet and I make my own liposomal C.

I've had many of these spider veins since I was a teenager, when my diet wasn't so good, but my right calf now looks terrible, too. My husband and I built our house, literally, and I was forever running into something with my right shin. Come to think of it, our diet probably wasn't so hot during that time, either.

Thanks for your pointers...I'd forgotten about cayenne.
