Actually, you could be having a brainstorm.  DMSO will help absorb the horse chestnut creme and it will also be instrumental if you are experiencing any pain.  But, in my experience, things usually need to be used in combination.  Spider veins are caused by weak or damaged valves in the veins, and when correcting this condition, you really have to address the entire body.  Injections can actually make matters worse.  They can result in scarring, bleeding, infection, and damage to veins, nerves, and muscles.  In my opinion, just not worth it.

But the very first thing I would recommend is cayenne and ginger.  These herbs help to break down fibrin, which are present in the tissue that are near varicose veins.  Also, cayenne prevents bloodclotting.  Actually, cayenne pepper is the best thing you can do for your entire cardiovascular system.  One dropperful of cayenne tincture, say three times a day in a "gulp" of juice (no sugar, no additives), or one teaspoon in a gulp of juice.  If this is too much, start at a quarter of a teaspoon and work up.

Other suggestions that you may want to try:

1.  Butcher's Broom is used as a treatment for varicose veins.

2.  Bioflavonoids promote healing and help strengthen blood vessels.

3.  Gotu Kola is another herb that is very effective in treating venous conditions.

4.  Bromelain helps to promote healthy veins and is also instrumental in breaking down fibrin.

5.  Grape seed extracts stimulates circulation and strengthens connective tissue.

6.  Vitamin C also helps circulation by reducing the possibility of blood clotting.

One thing that is imperative, is eating a healthy and nutritious diet.  No sugar, no junk, no processed foods.  Eat only grass fed meats.  And buying organic these days is necessary as even our fruits and vegetables are irradiated and contain pesticides and dyes.  Also, take Omega 3's and eat plenty of fresh water fish.

If you are overweight, lose weight, and if you eat a healthy diet, this will happen automatically.

And, moderate exercise is very important, such as walking, biking, or swimming.

Good luck to you.  Now......  Keep in mind, that these methods do take time.  But you are doing something that is helping your body.

My Best,

Luella
