I am very leery of MSM. I truly suspect some people probably have heart attacks from it and no one knows why. It caused me heart palpitations so I stopped it immediately and have also not found it was needed, personally, for anything.

A lot of the things you mentioned are things I am not familiar with. All I know is what worked for me, which is in the long post above. Other things do work than just those things, though, I'm sure.
