I don't have the links but have read of several daily or mini flushes. One is the raw egg and avacado flush. Others use oil and lemon juice in the evening. Somebody wrote a message recently on the egg/avacado flush.

I also find ES irritating so use less than a tablespoon of ES and a tablespoon of peppermint milk of magnesia. Sometimes I make the ES with strong peppermint tea. Have you looked at Dr. Sutter's coke flush?
