Congratulations James,
you have taken the first step in conquering your addicition: the desire and motivation to quit a prescribed drug.

There are literally thousands upon thousands of people in your situation, who are at a loss in knowing how to quit, and curse their formerly trusted MD, but in reality are only Pharma stooges and have no idea about the causation of dis-ease and only the management of its symptoms.
