Well I said my probiotica but I am buying it tomorrow morning I am seeing my doctor and ask him a good one without fos ?? A high dose 1. To be sure I am going to write the counts down and buy the best one

And I kinda have 2 move faster with this. I just cheated with some tuna. And not the fresh one :( but besides that had only brown rice and alot of veggies. So from tomorrow on only juices and raw vegetables and protein ( almond or avocado)

And the vit c I have at home but no time release or powder. (Never seen vit c powder) so buying that also

Coconut oil I actually thought about myself but at the health store they only have virgin cookie coconut cream or a pure coconut butter ( i mean it isnt liquid) but it doesnt say virgin.

I have to see if I can buy the diflucan or the Bentonite clay
Because I can surely order it online but I dont have time anymore I am leaving soon to africa . So I have to work with what I can get in my little town. Also I cant go with like a rash from a healing crisis on my face so the Bentonite clay would have been perfect.

And I am also going to look into the sf722 thing I read it in other posts on the forum but dont know what it is.

So for now swf garlic vit c probiotica and if I can get the diflucan. And maybe the coconut extra virgin cookie cream ??
I also have a herbal tea for the kidneys and green tea
And hemp oil for the omega s, olive oil and ginger + limes

Is this with eating healthy enough ??

My reason of doing this is to heal the rash I have for 3 months now. And I can also live without the itches I always seem to have.
Plus I am calling my dentist I do have the fillings that are mentioned.

Thank u guys so much. I am feeling better now. I have hope that something I havent had in a long time. I kinda feel down for eating the salty tuna. But its a lesson for next time.
