I always prep well cept cant afford colonics so coffee enema or water enema, Ive done it ALL to prep, i have had naseausness due to gall bladder attack and on day 5 of that.. tried all Andreas Moritz techniques for stopping attack its not worked on sick to tummy feeling.. I did one dose of Epsom Salts last night then feel asleep and mis timed the 2nd dose.. i got black chaff today just w the Epsom Salts and some sand.. I trying again today I fully wasnt expecting to fall asleep but the prescription migraine med probably did that.
i did keep some plain down oatmeal today and fresh beet/apple juice , most nasueaus with water though perhaps will add celtic salt to the Epsom Salt in case its electrolytes and or maybe add ginger, and keeping the water down so far..
