I recommend you do more than one flush before you start looking to improve on it. You will find with time that it becomes second nature and works perfectly, as thousands of people before you have found.
The first flush is rarely a great success but many people were able to alleviate their symptoms at the very beginning. Why don't you give it another proper try and let us know how you've done?

Oil pulling is nice but I don't see any benefits for liver cleansing. You need to have oil in you system for the gallbladder and liver to pump bile. If you read people's testimonies you'll notice that the more oil they ingested the more stones they got out. There needs to be a constant supply of oil to exhaust the bile supply in the gallbladder in order for the liver to take over.
