Well I am trying the vit c if running pooh is the worst thing that could happen I am oke with that.
Cuz I have tried msm and it gave me a rash
I tried vit E oil and again it gave me a severe rash and had to see a dermotologist for it. So I am kinda afraid of trying new things and maybe even having 2 cancel my trip.

So for now I am going 2 try in the morning garlic followed by salt water flush for 5 days. Take my probiotica and the high dose vit c. Also taking vit d cuz of my deficiency.

That with green juicing in the morning and a healthy meal for dinner. And the butter almond or avocado ( whatever I can find) for protein. Eggs I am allergic to.

I hope it cures my rash. I have tried just about everything ( emu oil , diaper rash cremes, cortison , zinc creme, shea butter and nothing is working. So the doctor suggested 2 only use vaseline for now. He said it was eczema and apart from cortison there isnt much I can do. I am allergic for just about everything so have to be carefull with what I put on my skin.

Thnx for the replies. I will ask if they have Bentonite or could order it for me.
