Well, the ZERO carbs and calories is a big scam/trick. Yes, 0 carbs and calories but there is sooo much other junk and harmful chemicals in there, that it does more damage. I have another cousin that drinks diet sodas all day long. She does this to lose weight. Over the past 3 years, she has gotten way fatter. Hello, it's not working!
I know, I love the taste of a good Coke every now and then too, but it's like pouring battery acid down your stomach, no matter if it's Zero or regular. Actually the Zero or diet stuff is probably more harmful they've found out.
