So you do the Espom Salt flush. Is that painful? Can you drink water after 2pm? Does it work? So from what I understand you are only fasting for afternoon until 10am that next morning after your final espom salt mixture. THen you can start eating fruits and vegetables again? What is OO?

Thanks for your input. This is my first time to try it.
