i refer to it as the apple juice fast. ive done the 2 day fast but it was too hard on my body. ive been doing a pre-flush 1 day apple juice fast and may even cut that out. i do them to clean out my system since it causes alot of diarrhea/butt pee prior to the ES and OO/juice mix. i like to be clean prior to flushing.

the first 64oz of apple juice are easy to down. the last 64oz are the most difficult. i dont recommend it unless you have a strong will. if you do go w/ it, make sure you take in plenty of water because you will become dehydrated from all the diarrhea.
