My personal perspective - one of the best aspects of the standard Liver Flush is it requires personal discipline, and the development of such. Also the time and fasting involved provokes me to put aside external concerns, be still and be with my thoughts. This is why I believe it is a powerful protocol for emotional regeneration, the introspective period creates space for that.

I have found it one of the most effective healing modalities.

I'm not personally interested in experimenting with other Liver Flushes at this time, as my current modified Hulda Clark Liver Flush is very effective and I believe protocols designed around external applications and limited time investment are less likely to be so.
