I used to feel the same way about smoking, I craved it like pickles when I was pregnant with all of my kids, it was horrible and I did not want to quit, I loved it, I tried the patch, hypnosis and auricular therapy and I always started again, I was up to 3 packs a day then I went to a chiropracter and had acupuncture, I havent smoked in a year! If i can do it anybody can, trust me. I even have gone out drinking and didnt smoke, and have been around other smokers. I will never smoke again, try acupuncture IT WORKS!
