It's happened to me with the black Garden of Life container. I would keep it in warm areas to keep it melted and if it got too humid/hot it would melt right through and the container was greasy and just disgusting. That was a few years ago.. maybe plastic containers changed since then. I've noticed Garden of Life sells it in glass now.
