Because of the endless debate I have been hesitant to do a liver flush. I have been doing bitters for some years, as well as Magnesium - Citrate for two years and more recently switched to Malate.

Two nights ago I had been thinking about a flush so intently that I swear I had a spontaneous flush - very loose early morning stools full of chaff and sinking debris, and I had done absolutely nothing different!!??

If we could use our minds to flush our liver... I think I will try it again.....
