Thanks I'll look for the translation for prunes. But cascara and senna are no luck. Where do you get castor oil in the States usually?
I'll go to the pharmacy today and look for the magnesium capsules. Thanks for all the advice! God it feels awful knowing it's wanting to get out but can't!
It'd make sense if the bean sized things were mucus but when I broke them open it looks like...mushy powder? Like tiny little beads, super tiny.
