Oh and as far as the Acne Ive been there too, Acne is just excess food waste and toxins acumulated being expelled through the skin. Flushing combined with with proper diet will clear you up real fast. Fasting with a weak lemon water solution regularly works wonders. Also maybe read the 108 pages by the barefoot herbalist, if you even come close to the lifestyle he recommends you'll rarely get a zit again for the rest of you life.
