I think I do have some bile. Maybe it's not thick enough, like lacking bile salts? I have been taking liver herbs for over a year but with no change.

In any case, when something comes out of me it's of various colors and in various shapes, like tubes, indented stones like they've been pressed against other stones. And not to forget the dead worms and their eggs.
