Does anyone know how long until the die off? I haven't seen any worms since the one, but then again until today my stool has been real hard because I'm forcing BM through suppositories (no time for enemas until this weekend), I might be getting plaque though. I'm still not brave enough to dig through anything, I just always take a glance at what's there.


What they like to eat so I can stay away from that? I made a huge batch of pesto to eat for lunch every day in addition to the garlic. I figure the best way to beat the smell of the garlic, is I'll start going to hot yoga when I get a whiff of the sulfur.


I was considering adding P&B shakes, but I'm scared I might get more backed up before I start getting getting cleaned out. Any thoughts on this, or any links to reasonable P&B shake stuff? It's expensive at my local store.
