Hi Cougar!

Weight gain? Muscle gain???

I dont see anything except muscle gain. Maybe sneaking some extra carbs in lol

I read High On Water post recently posted. She said she weighs 185pounds like she did before she started Iodine and she is the same but with more muscle*. Skinnier waist etc

Other then that i do not know. I have put on weight tho. Muscle that is, bodyfat = no.
