Greetings all,

For the past ten years I have had chronic issues with my eyes including dry eyes, pronounced ptosis, photo phobia, cataracts, chronic inflammation and irritation, etc

it came on rather suddenly in the late 90's in the form of severe eye infections that would wake me up in the middle of the night. This has mellowed, now the dropping eye lids are the primary concern as well as the photo phobia and chronic irritation.

brain fog and allergies is also part of the picture.

I suspect candida could be a part of the picture, However I am resisting the idea of a strict candida diet as I am already underweight and don't want to loose more

Also it seem that for most people when they stray from the diet candida comes roaring back, which for indicates this is not a fix to my problem

has anyone tried three lac or Candex that claim strict diet is not necessary?
