I did take with fats in the beginning but It ended up too heavy for me then I only added a little bit of olive oil with food but not every time... IIRC after the 5 day I stopped with the added fat and only did a bit once in a while... I was not precise with the amount of olive oil and didn't take with every meal...

The dosage of Alebdanzole I took is also higher then usual and I imagine that to take with a lot of fat can multiply the strength of the medicine quite a bit... I'm not sure if it can be too much. The research on pubmed (the text available) did not mention taking fats...

I have no idea if it messed up my hormones, but I think the sex drive is the same... I think its too soon to tell... I also never paid much attention to morning erections.
